By submitting your video ("Submission") to the ESG Conference, you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Participant affirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have received parental/legal guardian consent if under the age of 18.
The Participant must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content submitted.
2. License and Usage Rights
By submitting a video, the Participant grants the ESG Conference and its organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and publicly display the Submission across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and conference promotional materials.
The license is granted for the purpose of promoting, advertising, and conducting the ESG Conference, including any future conferences or related events.
3. Intellectual Property
The Participant retains all intellectual property rights to their Submission. However, the Participant confirms that the Submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
4. Content Standards
Videos must not contain any content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for public viewing.
Submissions must adhere to the theme and values of the ESG Conference, promoting topics relevant to Environmental, Social, and Governance issues.
5. Liability Release
The Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the ESG Conference, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the submission, use, or misuse of their video.
6. Permissions
If the Submission contains images, audio, or other content involving individuals other than the Participant, the Participant affirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from those individuals for the content’s public use.
7. Changes to Terms
The ESG Conference reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any substantial changes.
8. Governing Law
